Support Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Currently, the plugin supports Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Please add support for the latest LTS 24.04.

This module does work currently on Ubuntu 24.04, we're using it in CD to install and manage docker on that OS. But it would be nice to have the metadata updated to reflect that, and maybe have some testing on that platform.
