[BUG] Uobjecthook shows "Invalid object" for Acknowledged Pawn in Stalker 2 latest v1.9 #417

@ricogs400

Description

@ricogs400

uobjecthook shows "Invalid object" under Acknowledged Pawn in Stalker 2 v1.9
Because of joeyhodge's updated UEVRbackend.dll, Stalker 2 v1.9 now injects with uevr nightly 1127 + joeyhodge's UEVRbackend.dll file (https://github.com/joeyhodge/UEVR/releases/tag/shf57 from Apr 25, 2026).

BUG: If a profile is used that has uobjecthook assigned, the game will crash when entering the game level. See mutar or letmein profiles on discord.

This session crashed because uobjecthook files were present"
log.txt

Upload logs and any crash dumps

I can inject now without a crash because I removed the uobjecthook files and scripts from the profile.

If this is a game crash or game bug:

UEVR-specific logs and crash dumps:

Current profile, last session did not crash because uobjecthook files and scripts were removed:
Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.zip

Game-specific crash dumps:

  • These can usually be found in %LOCALAPPDATA%/{the_game_name}/Saved/Crashes
  • Once found, zip up the folder and upload

Identify the UEVR version nightly 1127

If the UEVR version or commit hash is known, submit this information.
UEVRBackend.dll from 'dx11/12 5.7 support shf5.4.2/5.5/5.6 fix rendering/fix stereoscopy'

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Inject into Stalker 2 at main menu
  2. Click on 'Continue' a saved game
  3. After entering the game level, open uevr framework
  4. Go to uobjecthook, Main, Common Objects, Acknowledged Pawn.
  5. Shows 'Invalid object' as the only item.

Expected behavior

All Acknowledged Pawn objects were appearing in the last working version of Stalker 2 v1.6.1 and earlier.
