[general need] Include Mia's installation when starting Mia #28
Description
Currently, a repository (mia_install) independent of populse_mia is dedicated to the installation of Mia.
It seems that mia_install is now mature enough to be transferred to populse_mia in order to perform the installation of Mia during the first launch, using, for example, an option during launch (#27).
