http -> https redirect

It seems like http -> https redirect is not currently supported or it should be documented better.

use case

I would like to have port 80 opened and have an automatic redirect to port 443 -- per analogy to what Caddy has --> https://caddyserver.com/docs/automatic-https

It also redirects HTTP to HTTPS for you!

I'm a bit unsure if this should be implemented in rules or simply in services. I'd go with services tbh
