關於 License

你好，最近我在寫一個在 Firefox 中檢視 .ans 檔的 Addon，其中需要能把 big5-uao 轉 unicode 的 library。先前我已經向 BBSFox 詢問過︰ettoolong/BBSFox-E10S#28 ，得知該程式碼來自 pcman-firefox。

1. 關於 pcman-firefox 本身， @ettoolong 提到曾經有關於 re-license 的討論，不知道現在的情況如何？
2. 由於我比較需要的是 uao converter，未來有計劃以較寬鬆的 license 釋出該 library 嗎？
3. 除此之外，還有其它的 uao converter 可以使用在 firefox 上的嗎？
