Add a convenient way to get `extra-substituters` entry

The server has all the information to get the two config lines extra-substituters and extra-trusted-public-keys that a typical user would need.

Add an endpoint that shows this information in a convenient way, for example by simply curl >> nix.conf or copy/pasting.
