tracking open rate

Hi

I'm using the native email builder and emails are being sent, but I'm not seeing any email_opened or clicked events being tracked, even after opening and clicking. Not sure if the pixel is firing correctly.

Any idea what could be missing?

@johnwalkerdev could you maybe provide the html email? Do you see the pixel being included within the message?
