[BUG] Stuck in file search mode, no search results

Issue Description

The file search mode is not working (no files show up when typing names of files that exist in enabled folders), and Sol gets stuck in the file search mode. Normal Escape from the Sol window does not do anything, and the back arrow does not return you to the default Sol search. On reopening the window with Cmd+Space it opens into the file search window with the same issue. Seems to require killing the app and reopening to get back to normal.

Reproduction Steps

1. Run Sol
2. Open search, enter file search
3. Once I start typing, I get stuck in the file searching mode (which shows no file results). Can't exit this mode with escape, and the window reopens to the file search with the search text still entered.
4. Kill Sol (pkill sol, force quit, etc)
5. reopen app to main search

Expected Behavior

File search should work and allow you to exit with Esc, use the buttons.

Actual Behavior

File search shows no results, can't exit. Persists on closing and reopening the window, until Sol is killed and reopened.

Hovering over the back button, which doesn't respond. The button works until I start typing in the file search, then it's stuck.

Additional Context

Full disk access/accessibility permissions are enabled, and i have my home folder enabled in Sol settings.
Seems like a duplicate of 154, although there wasn't much context in that report

Your home directory is probably too big and it's searching through too many files. The file search was a naive implementation I did quickly. Try removing the home folder and see if it works again. If so then a new algorithm might be needed.

Yes, removing home directory fixed the issue. Works fine with just a few folders enabled.

yeah, a far more sophisticated approach is needed. Indexing for sure, but I don't use this feature so I have no motivation to implement it. If you want to give it a try and submit a PR I will review it.
