Request from RM sbehlert: Include changes in numbers in report

As for example done in https://openqa.suse.de/group_overview/110#comment-112973 in the section "Changes since reference build" the request was to include numbers in changed scenarios in the generated report.

With okurz@119381c we have the support in the code but the automatically generated reports, e.g. also sent by email, are not included, need to set at least "-TTT".

https://w3.nue.suse.com/~okurz/openqa_opensuse_org_status_TTT.html is one generated report with the changes included but also the "(ref)" links which might be a bit too noisy, especially for the email report. Need to find a compromise or configure the options explicitly
