Opencast 20: Release Schedule

Hi everyone

As release managers, @marwyg and I are writing to inform you about the release schedule for Opencast 20. Please note that, from now on, releases will start one month earlier than in the past. So if you have any features you like to see in Opencast 20, please ensure that the relevant pull requests are ready for the branch cut on 15.04.2026.

• Wednesday 15.04.2026: Feature Freeze
• Friday 15.05.2026: Release Opencast 20.0

You will find both of those dates marked in the community calendar, which lives at here.
