Nucleus MCP is an open-source MCP server + agent control plane that keeps context in sync across Cursor, Claude Desktop, and Windsurf via a shared .brain/ state. It’s built for teams fighting context fragmentation and needing auditability.

• Persistent engrams + audit trail
• Governance policies + engram spec published
• Local-first, hypervisor/file locking
• MIT, v1.0.0 released; starter issues open

Looking for feedback on governance/audit flows and multi-tool agent workflows. Contributions welcome via issues/roadmap.
