html output with hyperlink

It would be great if aza could output html with hyperlinks. Currently the --hyperlink option creates some type of file link, but not html compatible. Similar to the -H option for tree. Love the other features of aza such as --total-size in tree format.

The link is specifically for terminals that support the "hyperlink standard" (which is actually not a standard at all... https://gist.github.com/egmontkob/eb114294efbcd5adb1944c9f3cb5feda). This may be doable as an option to the flag (e.g. always/auto/never/html style)... I do feel like we had a discusison similarly about having something like that for different types of terminals, so e.g. --hyperlink kitten, --hyperlink iterm, but I forgor where.
