Method to upgrade the weblogic domain from 12.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0

Currently weblogic 12.1.3.0 running in our servers and we want to upgrade from 12.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.
as per the oracle support team, It requires the installation of 12.2.1.4.0 and need to upgrade the domain.
Is there any method to re configure/Upgrade the domain?

Hi,

I guess with chef or puppet we mostly don't do upgrades because we can always spin up a new system with the latest configuration and use that one instead.

At least we don't support upgrade with puppet or chef.
