fmw_inst code blocks needed

In the README.md for fmw_inst the sections: **Recipe soa_suite**, **Recipe service_bus** and **Recipe mft** have great code blocks to highlight usage, however the following sections: **Recipe jrf**, **Recipe webcenter**, and **Recipe OIM** don't have the same code blocks and are hard to read. Can that be fixed?
