can't submit answers to questions, can't check the solutions "knowl"

log in as lisa- go to homework set 1 - there are two problems.

1. if you click on the "solutions" link to get the solutions knowl it goes to some other address? Possibly the # in the link to the knowls causes trouble?

2. if you try to add a student to the course you press the button "add students" which allows you to choose between "add users manually" adding using a files. I chose add users manually. I can only add username and role, all of the other entries "first name", "last name", are blocked.

As of 7/14/2022 the knowls problem has been resolved. (Might have been an error on my part about running npm install properly.

the second item (add students) is still on resolved but it is anticipated that it is a permissions problem and will be resolved by PR#99
