Generate ORConfigChannelProtocol.java from protocol buffer spec #43
Description
ORConfigChannelProtocol.java file is currently committed in the repo.
But this file was initially built from a protocol buffer spec.
That spec should be committed in the repo and as part of the build process, the Java class should be generated.
