Improve offline state (or message) for mobile app #25
Description
User Story
As a user on Android I want to have a better understanding of the "you are offline" page.
Description
We should think about showing texts like "You are offline!", describing what is going wrong.
Optionally we could discuss adding more functionality to this, such as a button that opens your WiFi settings.
The current situation is a simple "no WiFi" logo, shown in the screenshot below,
which should be improved for better understanding by the user.
