Moving development to oh-distro-private

Previously Pat and us folks in Edinburgh discussed moving back to private development.

I have just set oh-distro to be read only. Please move your pull requests and branches to:
https://github.com/openhumanoids/oh-distro-private

The working assumption is to push master of private to public occasionally.

Why read only? Does that mean we cannot accept public pull requests or open issues?

Sorry, I did this to push development back over to private. (I was just trying to encourage folks to move back over)

Would it be better to accept all outstanding issues here? fine by me
