Support Multiple Tuple Files in the store file

Make sure the store file now allows:
one of: (tuples | tuple_file | tuple_files) in the global scope or in the test scopes, they are also optional so no error if none is set.

When tuple_file or tuple_files are specified, allow jsonl along the existing json, yaml and csv extensions
