We are currently validating the extracted xblocks. Between the Teak cutoff (Apr 9) and Ulmo cutoff (Oct 9), we will be converting the flags from default False to default True.
Right after the Teak cutoff, we need to inform early deployers (MIT ODL and 2U) of these conversions. We can recommend that they override the flags to False now, allowing them to flip each flag to True at their own pace.
