Describe the bug
Question are answered with list index out of range
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
If have uplodaded succsessfull a pdf
if you ask a qustion the bot answers list index is out of range
I ve searched at the qudrant databse for a keyword that works
after a question with the keyword the bot answer all questions right.
If you leave the chat and start a new sesioin i ve the same behavior
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
