Response to unvalidated FW configuration

Should either due to partially successful update of a new FW bundle or through FW rollback of individual component, a GPU module or subsystem end up in a state where the combination of FW in the various subcomponents have never been validated.

What is the expected response or behavior of the module in this scenario
