Remove anchorPoint from annotation schema (retain in ViewerSpecification) #310
Description
The current implementation includes anchorPoint in annotation.schema.tpl.json.
To simplify the schema (and instances), we want to eliminate it from the general annotation model while preserving its usage in ViewerSpecification.
