Dividing pileups with multiple categories

Is there any way to divide two pups that have the exact same categories with dividepups.py or with plotpup.py --divide_pups ? Currently any attempt to divide pups that have the same categories between them results in:

ValueError: Pileups cannot contain multiple condition

Unfortunately not. The easiest is to generate single pileups for the conditions you want to divide or to extract the matrices individually in python from the data column and divide them there.
