Add "ENDS ON"

Currently there is functionality to specify both start time and date, but only end date with "till"
Considering there is "till 12/03" currently in the schedule table support for end date is also needed
It can be done with "ENDS ON" keyword (opposite for "STARTS ON" for start date)
