Conflicting feedback for cell values which occur multiple times in the column

RUn the Books. Propose a resource of any name (and of any custom suffix) instead of the Steve writer on the row with Deadhouse gates . When reexecuted, the proposed resource is not take into account and the cell is disambugated to Steve as if the feedback was not provided. The UI works and send the feedback, so the error must be on the server.

Maybe related to #338 , because I cannot find the proposed entity when searching for it.

Provide feedback for the second same value in the given column (e.g. delete that suggested value) - then the feedback is not taken into account, because it disambiguates all the same values in the given column based on the first value. @josef-janousek Please propose the solution before implementing that

Currently - you have to change the first occurence of that value.

Steps:

• delete disamb for Malazan - for both.
• unlock first
• propose new for the second Malazan,

Then it rewrittes the second locked Malazan disambiguation.

And after re-run

If you would propose that for the first Malazan, it works OK, disambiguates for everything.

Propose solution first:
Suggestion: Refine feedback - set up also for the other similar value?

When adjusting disambiguation for certain cell - adjust also rest of the cell values with the same disambiguation
