Update PRO imports

• Currently GWAS EFO-OBA protein terms do not include synonyms from the Protein Ontology.

• Example: OBA:2040281 level of interleukin-15 in blood serum is only linked to PR:000001373 interleukin-15 but the synonyms IL-15 and IL15 are not imported in OBA.

• Actions:

• Update PRO imports to include all synonyms.

More background: To help GWAS curators map an input of gene name or 'alternative name' of proteins / metabolites to OBA terms which currently don't show these as synonyms.
Another example: OBA:2050653 level of glutamate--cysteine ligase regulatory subunit in blood
If the synonym 'GCLM' from the PR:000007898 glutamate--cysteine ligase regulatory subunit could be populated in the synonym field.
