Aria live in WebView2

Brief summary

An application built with WebView2 for WinUI3 aria-live isn't announced when values change.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached program in vs2026
2. Build/Run
3. Click the Increment button

Actual behavior

NVDA does not announce the values changing on the aria-live div.

Expected behavior

NVDA announces the values being changed on the aria-live div.

This example worked in Edge and Chrome when loaded from the file protocol.

Narrator works in this example as well.
