using --network=container:<OtherContainerName> should display other container IP info for the other container, not host

When using the docker parameter --network=container: on the Glances docker container, Th IP module should display the IP and Pub IP of the container Glances is sharing the network stack with rather than the host network information.

I have also tried using ---pid=container: rather than --pid=container:Host but this just limits processes.
