Numpy files

Hi there,
I am currently working on a project that builds upon this one and am trying to understand the .npy files that are created alongside the visualisations. Is there any further information or documentation for that specifically? As I am finding it quite difficult to pick apart the different arrays and pinpoint the datas usage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
