Use the nf-core Gens preprocessing module #767

Description of feature
The Gens cov/BAF preprocessing has now been added as a module into nf-core:
I'll proceed with implementing it into the Nallo pipeline here. Would be nice to switch to this module here as well, so we are working with the same code.
