Drag&drop reordering with active filter is broken

Describe the bug

I have a (rather long) list of cards with different persons assigned in a Deck board. When I filter for all cards belonging to one person and then try to re-order the cards via drag'n'drop, the card is not placed where I dropped it but instead ... somewhere else.
This does not happen when no filter is applied. This makes using the order for prioritization of tasks for a certain person unusable, unfortunately.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a board
2. Add many cards to a list, the cards having different people assigned
3. Select one person as a filter (that results in only a smaller set of the cards being shown)
4. Change the order of the cards in the list by drag'n'dropping one

Expected behavior
The card will be placed exactly in the spot where I put it.
