Describe the Bug

The Nextcloud assistant window does have a minimum width defined that does not work well with mobile phone dimensions or small browser windows on the desktop. The UI does not reflow the UI elements properly.

Expected Behavior

The Nextcloud Assistant overlay reflows the UI elements like the rest of Nextcloud - or at least provides scrolling as a temporary workaround

To Reproduce

1. use a mobile phone browser or a desktop browser and change the size to the size of typical mobile devices
2. open the Nextcloud web UI
3. click the Nextcloud Assistant symbol ✨ in the top right
4. an overlay UI opens that can't be used
