The pattern that users have noticed has been that Dia is attempting to fit all of the dialogue into a roughly 26-30 second space. If you have a lot of dialogue it seems to speak at a pace that the dialogue will actually fit in that time constraint. The solution people have found has been to try fewer lines/words of dialogue and limit it to an amount that sounds correct for a 26-30 second time frame when spoken at a normal pace. I'm pretty sure the devs have a more technical explanation for this and have a better workaround they might be able to recommend. |

Anyone else having trouble with the output audio being way too fast? Trying to use this via Replicate but it feels like they're speaking at >2x playback speed. And if you lower the speed_factor, it lowers the tone of the voice as if it were in slow-motion
