DP5125D + SM5368PF p3 indoor module not working

Hi,
I have a very common indoor 64×64 P3 RGB panel with these chips on the back:

• Driver IC: DP5125D
• Row decoder: SM5368PF
• HUB75 connector has only A, B, C (no D, no E), single data input

Wiring (ESP32 DevKit):
R1→25, G1→26, B1→27, R2→14, G2→12, B2→13
A→23, B→19, C→5, D=-1, E=-1
LAT→4, OE→15, CLK→18
GND connected, external 5 V 10 A PSU to the panel

Library version: ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-I2S-DMA latest from Library Manager
