macOS 13+ needed: wasn't warned or notified

Describe the bug
I updated my mac Mozilla VPN when alerted to. It seemed to install. Silently would not launch. Tried from command line: % /Applications/Mozilla\ VPN.app/Contents/MacOS/Mozilla\ VPN

Got message:
Sorry, "Mozilla VPN" cannot be run on this version of macOS. Qt requires macOS 13.0.0 or later, you have macOS 12.7.6.

I cannot upgrade my macOS.

I do not see this new requirement anywhere.

Hopefully this can be fixed and macOS 13+ won;t be needed.

But I should have been blocked from downloading, installing, and alerted instead of it silently failing.

I'm going to try to downgrade.

2.33.0

Downgrade to 2.32 worked, it was caching QT(?) so I had to

It seems like qt 6.8.6 LTS works with macOS 12+ https://doc.qt.io/qt-6.8/supported-platforms.html

v 6.10 requires macOS 13:

Can the earlier qt (6.8) be required in the build environment? That might keep compatability with macOS 12
