Build Failure on ROS 2 Rolling Buildfarm

Build is failing and causing several regressions down to moveit2.

I just saw ros/rosdistro#46378 so closing this one out. Thanks for proactively fixing the build!

Re-opening as the buildfarm still has the above regression with 2.3.3

@rhaschke would you be able to submit a fix this week? The Rolling sync is blocked by regressions from this package.

Edit: I see that the target is correctly being exported in upstream random_numberswith this bump ros/rosdistro#46369

@Yadunund, looks like you found the missing release of random_numbers. With that, geometric_shapes builds successfully:

There is another issue with py_binding_tools: Could you please retrigger its source build
