Prefill from git config

author and contact email can be directly sourced from the global git config.
The prompts should offer them as defaults able to be modified if required.

github profile can also be sourced from `hub` config or other git data.

Probably need a more advanced prompt library, and likely a good idea to use the same one as cookiecutter.
