Rendering outer layer

I don't know if this library is still being maintained, but would it be possible to have the outer layer be rendered like it looks in Minecraft?

I've put development on this library on the back burner for now while I focus on work. I had plans to rewrite this library at some point and support the 2nd layer being offset from the skin. I will update this issue when that is implemented.
