%debugpy.command.debugInTerminal.title% option displayed in debug dropdown #924

Behaviour
Im seeing "%debugpy.command.debugInTerminal.title%" option under the dropdown of run/play button at the top right corner of vscode.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install the python extention "Python Debugger"
- Open a .py file.
- Click on the dropdown arrow button beside the run/play button at the top right corner of vscode.
- "%debugpy.command.debugInTerminal.title%" option must be visible instead of Debug option.
