Package Request: MySQL 8.4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Azure has sent out a notice that MySQL 8.0.x will be deprecated in Jan 1, 2027. In order to move to 8.4 we need to update our internal test tooling to MySQL 8.4. MySQL 8.4 was release in April 2024 and should be included as a package in Azure Linux 3.0

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Add ability to install MySQL 8.4 on Azure Linux

We've looked into installing outside of the package managed, or maybe other repo's, but would rather not introduce any additional security risks.
