Some words are always skipped or said differently

In the newer VibeVoice version (with voice speed factor and max words per chunk) why are some words like at the beginning of a new sentence are always skipped, or like apostrophe words like “I’ll”, “you’ll”, etc aren’t said/spoken like how that use to in the earlier version of VibeVoice?
