[Feature request] Build logging capabilities

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now that the tool is in Beta people encounter bugs and behaviours that weren't expected. There is no way to understand what the system did.

Implement Application Insights and logging mechanisms to understand better what the system is doing.
