Submission portal - shipping experimental conditions block

It looks to me that for both dev and prod there is an issue with the section that asks about 'what experimental conditions will be used for'. There is no label on this box and Randomization is prefilled value. When you click on the box Randomization moves to the top of the box and only then can you see a description of what information a user is supposed to enter at the bottom of the box. For the other boxes the description is embedded at the top of the box.
