Truncated candidate name

In the 8 candidate election "argyll_bute_2017_ward4.csv", the candidate Mary-Jean Devon's name is truncated to just "Mary". The BLT version has the full name.

My guess is this was just a parsing error in converting to CSVs that did not expect a hyphen in a first name. Low priority since the party, which is usually what we care about, is transcribed correctly. But this error almost certainly exists for other CSV files.
