Card token service not found (404) when creating a subscription with a valid card token, even after setting the webhook URL in Mercado Pago and including the request properties.

Issue

I’m trying to create a subscription using test credentials, but I always get the error:

The exact same code works perfectly when using production credentials.

What I tried

• Generated a valid card token in sandbox
• Set the webhook URL in the Mercado Pago developer portal
• Explicitly included the webhook URL and other required properties in the request body
• Double-checked that I’m using the correct test public key and test access token

Despite this, the error persists only in the sandbox/test environment.

• How can I properly simulate a subscription flow with credit card payments in the sandbox environment?
• Is there a different endpoint or configuration required for recurring payments with test credentials?
