kspace after ipat seems strange

Hello,

I noticed on the k space that there is a difference in intensity between the lines truly acquired and the lines filled with Grappa.
I'm using the mdgrappa function for 3D images.

Do you have any idea where the problem might be coming from?

Hmmm, that does look suspicious. @zzariry Do you see the same behavior using simulated acquisitions or just in real data?
