[Bug] Main Canvas Loses Left Padding When Context Drawer Is Open

Issue/Description:
When the context drawer is opened in Cedilla, the main canvas loses its left padding. This causes the content to shift.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open Cedilla
• Open the context drawer
• Observe the main canvas layout

Expected Behavior:
The main canvas should retain consistent left padding regardless of whether the context drawer is open or closed.

After looking into it this is an upstream issue that occurs after the iced 0.14 rebase.

This is an upstream issue but it's caused by this line, which fixes the upstream issue but causes this padding behavior:
