Chord Fingering Not Reliable

The test_chords.xml file appears to work properly except in the Bass Clef of Measure 7 of the Grand Staff where multiple notes are assigned to the same finger in the Bass Clef.

A simple file for chords containing three measures of a Grand Staff does not work properly in the Bass Clef of Measure 2 and both the Treble and Bass Clefs of Measure 3 . (This was generated with pianoplayer for hand size M).

Thank you for this program, which otherwise works very well.
I should add, I am using Python 3.13.2 and version 8 of Music21 on my Windows 10.
(I used pip install music21==8

I ran the Music21 configure.py to set up Music21, and upgraded to version 9.3. When I removed the rests in my short sample by replacing them with dummy quarter notes, I got proper chord output. On the test_chords.xml file, the three-note chords come out properly, and the four-note or larger chords do not (as previously known). All in all, a very good program. Thank you again..
