Allow specify shortcut that will be send with globalkeybinding #692

Description

@Ziryt

Right now globalkeybinding just forwards the shortcut pressed to the specified app.
I find it very cool and useful, and it works flawlessly in my experience.
But given that some apps can have overlapping very generic shortcuts, it would be great if I can bind something that is rarely used anywhere to something meaningful, to have less overlap between apps.
For example it could look something like that:

windowrule=globalkeybinding:alt-f12,sendkeys:ctrl+shift-m,appid:com.some.App
